PMO Polypropylene Monofilament Mesh Filter Bags

PMO polypropylene monofilament filter bag is an absolute precision filter bag with 90% filtration efficiency. The difference between PMO polypropylene monofilament filter bag and NMO nylon monofilament filter bag is only in material. This filter bag has high strength, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. It can be cleaned and reused economically. The filter material and suture used by Seaton are wear-resistant, have extensive chemical compatibility, are not easy to be affected by metal fatigue or corrosion, and have high tensile strength.

The difference between monofilament and multifilament

Monofilament mesh is a kind of woven material, in which each thread is monofilament, which has excellent strength and no fiber migration problem. Particles are easily washed out after being intercepted by the wire mesh.

Multifilament mesh is a kind of woven material, in which each line woven into a mesh is composed of many lines with smaller diameters. Particles are easy to get stuck in the fine lines composed of single strands and are not easy to be cleaned out.
