PEM Polyester Multifilament Mesh Filter Bags

PEM polyester multi wire mesh filter bag is an absolute precision filter bag with 90% filtration efficiency. The warp and weft of PEM filter bag are composed of multiple wires with smaller diameter. Compared with single wire mesh, the filtration effect will be better, but particles are easy to get stuck between multiple wires and are not easy to be cleaned. PEM filter bag has the characteristics of wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, cleaning and reuse. The filter material and suture used by Seaton are wear-resistant, have extensive chemical compatibility, are not easy to be affected by metal fatigue or corrosion, and have high tensile strength.

The difference between monofilament and multifilament

Monofilament mesh is a kind of woven material, in which each thread is monofilament, which has excellent strength and no fiber migration problem. Particles are easily washed out after being intercepted by the wire mesh.

Multifilament mesh is a kind of woven material, in which each line woven into a mesh is composed of many lines with smaller diameters. Particles are easy to get stuck in the fine lines composed of single strands and are not easy to be cleaned out.
