Seadon Filtration is the manufacturer of customized pressure media filters in China to meet your engineering needs. Filter vessels are available in carbon steel and stainless steel. For corrosion protection of vessels, Seadon offers various rubber linings and polypropylene or polyester linings.
Pressure media filters are used to remove impurities and suspended solids in water. They use a filter medium (such as quartz sand, anthracite coal, manganese sand, granular activated carbon etc.) as a filter layer, and by applying pressure in the filter medium, impurities in the water are trapped in the filter medium, thereby achieving water purification and filtration.
Seadon’s rubber lining process uses high temperature vulcanization, We paste the unvulcanized rubber sheet on the inner wall of the vessels with an adhesive, and vulcanize the rubber by heating at high temperature. Thermal vulcanization will strongly bond the rubber to the bonding surface to ensure its service life.
